  • No cancellation fees apply
2.2 After Service Commencement

If you cancel after work has begun:

  • Refund amount will be calculated based on work completed
  • Completed work will be charged at standard rates
  • Remaining balance will be refunded within 14-21 business days

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Full Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • Service is cancelled before work begins
  • We fail to deliver services as per agreed specifications
  • Service is significantly delayed beyond agreed timeline (more than 30 days)
  • Technical issues prevent service delivery that cannot be resolved
3.2 Partial Refund

Partial refunds may be provided in the following cases:

  • Service is cancelled after partial completion
  • Client requests changes that significantly alter the original scope
  • Service is delivered but requires substantial modifications due to our error
3.3 Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Domain registration fees (once registered)
  • Third-party service fees (hosting, SSL certificates, etc.)
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
  • Custom development work that has been completed and delivered

4. Refund Process

4.1 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  3. We will review your request within 5 business days
  4. You will receive a response regarding approval or denial
4.2 Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-14 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 14-21 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days

Note: Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

5. Hosting and Domain Services

5.1 Hosting Refunds

Hosting service refunds:

  • Refund available within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Pro-rated refunds for unused hosting period
  • Setup fees are non-refundable
5.2 Domain Refunds

Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once the domain is registered. However:

  • If domain registration fails, full refund will be provided
  • Domain transfer fees are non-refundable
  • Domain renewal fees follow the same policy as initial registration

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:

  • You may request a review by our management team
  • Provide additional documentation or information
  • We will conduct a thorough review and respond within 10 business days
  • Final decision will be communicated in writing

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage direct communication to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Additional fees and charges
  • Permanent ban from our services
