I am going to tell you about a healthy good plate method that is a very frequent method that is used abroad . The mean theme of this method is to provide you a healthy nutritious life so let us get started
So you have to use 7 inches of plate for .children's and 9 inches plates for adults and then you have to divide your plate into half and in the remaining half plate you have to fill that portion with vegetables . Starchy vegetables like potatoes must be there or you can use corn. You have one more option that is peas.
And in that half portion only you must also have non starchy vegetables carrot cucumber and salads
And unfortunately you are suffering with diabetes fill half of your plate with non starchy vegetables that I have mentioned above
Now fill 1/4th off your plate with whole grains and starches for example you can use brown rice beans and very tasty whole wheat pasta . And in the remaining quarter you can add some proteins containing food
If you are feeling very lonely in this food you can add some drinks like non sweet and milk and tea to it
