INGREDIENTS :
200 grams of fresh red beans
150g sugar
3 cm cinnamon
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
250 ml water
200 grams of cassava,
100 grams of sweetened condensed milk chocolate
500 grams of shaved ice
DIRECTION :
Presto 15 minutes until soft red beans.
Measure 350 ml of water boiled.
Mix the remaining water presto, water, sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Stir well. Simmer over medium heat, stirring until boiling.
Enter the red beans. Cook until thick.
Serve red beans in a glass. Add pieces of cassava, shaved ice, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate.
